Dr. Julio Midolo, a high-profile and celebrity real estate broker, proudly immigrated to the United States from Lima, Peru at the age of four. Raised by a single mother, he grew up learning the importance of hard work, commitment, and resilience—values that continue to define him both personally and professionally. As an immigrant who has lived the American Dream, Dr. Midolo is a proud American who deeply believes in giving back to the community that shaped him.

He began his real estate career in 2003 and quickly discovered his passion for the industry. When the Great Recession and mortgage crisis hit in 2008, Dr. Midolo—like many Americans—lost everything. But rather than give up, he turned that hardship into motivation. He recognized a critical gap in resources and advocacy for homeowners facing foreclosure and made it his mission to become the solution.

With determination, education, and unwavering ambition, Dr. Midolo rebuilt his business from the ground up. Today, he is a leading voice for homeowners in distress, using his personal experience to guide and empower others through some of the most challenging times of their lives.

Dr. Midolo is also known for his passion for music and for being the go-to real estate expert for many of Southern California’s elite. As part of the RE/MAX Collection, he offers his clients both local expertise and global reach.

He is the sole Owner and Broker of RE/MAX SKY, serving the greater Los Angeles area. A deeply engaged member of the real estate community, he is an active participant in the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Southeast Association of Realtors (SAOR), and the Downey Association of Realtors (DAOR). He currently serves as the Head of the Grievance Committee for DAOR, is a State Director for CAR, and sits on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
